About the role

We are a friendly, small team-run flower shop located in Thornlands, QLD, looking for an experienced florist to join our team.

Previous floristry experience is essential. Please only apply if you have relevant floristry experience.

Key responsibilities

- Provide friendly and warm customer service

- Create floral arrangements and bouquets

- Assist with day-to-day tasks in the flower shop

- Work efficiently during busy periods in a fast-paced environment

About you

- Previous floristry experience is essential

- Good floral design and arrangement skills

- Friendly and confident when assisting customers

- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a small team

- Able to work efficiently in a busy setting
