About the role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and trustworthy cleaner to care for a beautiful private residence on a regular weekly basis. This is an ongoing position for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term arrangement with a household where trust, consistency and attention to detail are highly valued. The home is large but occupied by only two people and is kept very clean and tidy, so this is not a heavy or difficult cleaning job. We are looking for someone who will take pride in maintaining the home to a high standard rather than someone who simply wants to rush through a checklist.

Key responsibilities

- Cleaning 2 bathrooms

- Cleaning the kitchen

- Dusting and cleaning the living room

- Cleaning hallways, stairs and front foyer

- Vacuuming

- Approximately 4 small loads of washing





- Folding and putting away laundry

- Ironing

- Changing, laundering and remaking the bed

- General tidying and maintaining the home to a consistently high standard

About you

- Previous domestic cleaning experience

- Reliable and punctual – turns up consistently

- Thorough, careful and takes pride in their work

- Trustworthy and respectful of a private home and the owners' belongings

- Well-presented and qualified

- Good attention to detail

- Able to work independently without constant supervision

- Interested in developing a long-term working relationship with the owners

- References will be required
