I’m currently looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians across Sydney to join a number of well-established and growing HVAC businesses.
I’m working with clients across both the commercial and residential sectors, so whether you prefer large commercial service work, residential servicing, or a mix of both, I have opportunities available.

Your duties may include:

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Breakdown and reactive service work
- Planned and scheduled maintenance
- Working across commercial, retail, industrial, education, healthcare, high-rise and residential sites
- Liaising with clients and site contacts
- Completing service reports and relevant documentation

Systems you may work on: Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, split systems, multi-splits, ducted systems, packaged units, rooftop units, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, ventilation systems, BMS/controls and commercial refrigeration.




You don’t need experience across every system — I’m working with multiple employers and can match opportunities to your technical background.

What I’m looking for:

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- You must be working as a service technician
- Current ARCtick licence
- NSW Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service
- Skilled and safety-focused approach
