Today, the brand operates in 30+ countries, with 600+ retail stores and over 2,300 Robo Shops globally. As POP MART continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are strengthening our local team to support an engaging employee experience and scalable business operations.

As we enter the next phase of our retail journey in Australia, we're seeking an experienced and inspiring Area Manager to lead our NSW region.

This role oversees six high-volume stores across NSW and a team of approximately 70 employees. While our store network is established, our focus is now on elevating the customer experience, developing exceptional retail leaders, and continuing to enhance our existing store portfolio through exciting store relocation and upgrade projects.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who spends more time in stores than behind a desk, builds solid relationships with their teams, creates fun and energy in the workplace, and is passionate about developing people to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead People & Culture

- Inspire, coach and develop store managers and retail leaders across the region

- Create an engaging, positive and accountable culture where teams can thrive

- Build high-performing teams through effective recruitment, succession planning and talent development

- Celebrate success and recognise outstanding performance across the region

- Lead from the front through a visible and consistent store presence

Drive Commercial Performance




- Drive sales, profitability and operational performance across the region

- Analyse business trends and implement strategies to maximise sales and productivity

- Partner with Store Managers to identify opportunities and improve store performance

- Deliver strong commercial outcomes while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

Deliver Exceptional Retail Experiences
- Champion a customer-first culture across all stores

- Ensure stores consistently deliver an engaging and memorable brand experience

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, operational and presentation standards

- Drive execution of major launches, campaigns and key trading periods

Build the Future
- Develop future retail leaders through structured coaching and development

- Partner closely with Recruitment to attract, hire and retain top talent

- Support major store relocation and enhancement projects

- Contribute to the continued evolution of POP MART's retail business in Australia
