About the Clinic

We are a fast-growing Australian mental health clinic providing structured assessment and ongoing care for adults with ADHD, attention difficulties, mood issues and related mental health concerns via telehealth and in‑person locations.

Our team includes GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, patient support and operations staff working together to make accessing high-quality mental health care as simple as possible.

We’re looking for someone who combines solid sales ability with empathy, professionalism and a genuine interest in mental health.

For many patients, you’ll be one of their first interactions with the clinic, so how you represent us matters.

The Role

You’ll primarily speak with warm inbound leads who have enquired about our ADHD assessment service.

Our assessments can be up to $2,500, so patients often have questions or concerns before making a decision.

This is a high-volume phone role, with 150+ dials expected per day. You’ll contact leads quickly, follow up consistently, handle objections and guide appropriate patients towards booking.

This isn’t high-pressure sales. You need to know when to sell, when to listen and how to build trust without applying inappropriate pressure.

We want someone who can sell exceptionally well without making patients feel like they’re being sold to.

What You’ll Do

Make 150+ dials per day

Follow up consistently until there is a clear outcome

Maintain accurate CRM notes, pipeline and patient handovers

Work closely with patient support and the broader admin team

Participate in daily sales coaching and reviews of your calls

Share feedback and help improve our sales process

How We Train & Improve

Consistently wanting to improve is essential.

You’ll be given a structured sales / call script that you’re expected to learn, memorise and follow closely.

Your calls will be analysed using AI, with a daily performance report identifying what went well and what you can improve.

Each day, you’ll review your report, choose something to work on and receive coaching from either AI or a sales manager.

Once you’ve mastered the process, we also want your input in refining it.

Follow the process. Review your performance. Improve something. Repeat.

Who This Is For

Have proven phone-based sales experience

Are comfortable making 150+ dials per day

Have call centre or high-volume outbound experience

Have a genuine interest in mental health

Can represent a boutique mental health clinic with warmth and professionalism

Can memorise and closely follow a structured sales process

Comfortable with constantly adapting to new processes and systems

Are organised, dependable and collaborative

Enjoy working as part of the broader admin team rather than seeing yourself solely as a salesperson

Have excellent spoken and written English

High-ticket B2C, consultative phone sales or call centre experience is strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn’t measured by sales alone. We expect you to:

Step outside your immediate responsibilities when needed and work with the broader team

This is not a lone ranger type of role - we want someone who performs well individually while collaboratively making the team around them better.

Hit activity, booking and conversion targets

Follow the agreed sales process

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,200 + super

Commission: Uncapped, paid per eligible assessment booked

OTE: $80,000+

Commission Structure

Our commission structure rewards performance. As you make more bookings, your commission per booking increases per month.

0–10 bookings: $X per booking

11–18 bookings: $X + 50% per booking

19–30 bookings: $X + 75% per booking

31+ bookings: $X + 100% per booking

We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded accordingly. The more value you create, the more you earn.

There is no commission cap.

Commission eligibility also requires the fundamentals of the role to be met, including appropriate follow-up, accurate CRM management, patient handovers and team expectations.

Strong sales performance should be rewarded – without sacrificing the patient or team experience.
