About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated and clinical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our close-knit team. This permanent part-time role offers 18 to 24 hours per week split across 3 days, structured around our doctors' clinical rosters.

This position balances hands-on procedural work with clinical administration, offering an excellent environment for a professional looking for long-term stability, predictable day shifts, and an empty nest-friendly routine.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with surgical procedures, biopsies, and wound care, including administering local anaesthetic.

- Overseeing infection control and instrument sterilisation protocols.

- Clinical stock control and ordering supplies.

- Capturing precise clinical photography for patient mole mapping, (full training included).

- Front desk and medical reception support during peak times.

What We Are Looking For

- Maturity & Reliability: A grounded, independent worker with an exceptional work ethic and an appreciation for a steady, distraction-free clinical workplace.

- Clinical Experience:



Prior background navigating the workflows of a private medical clinic, specialist room, or general practice.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable operating across dual ecosystems with both Windows and Mac-based computer systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills to confidently manage patient reception when required.

Competitive Hourly Rate

- $40.00 – $50.00 per hour + Superannuation (Permanent Part-Time)

Salary & Growth Statement

- We believe in rewarding performance, competence, and commitment. This role starts at a base rate of $40.00 per hour, with a structured path to increase steadily up to $50.00 per hour. As you master our clinical workflows, demonstrate efficiency in all required duties, maintain a warm yet highly professional patient manner, and proactively streamline the daily clinic operations, your compensation will directly reflect the exceptional value you bring to our team.
