A prestigious Sydney boutique Family Law practice is seeking a Family Lawyer (6-7 PAE) to join its established and high-performing team, starting now or in early 2027.

This firm maintains an excellent reputation, servicing sophisticated, high-net-worth clients and providing strategic advice on some of the most complex property and parenting matters in the market.

With heritage-style "old money" offices located on Elizabeth Street, this is an opportunity to work in a polished, professional environment that combines tradition with a modern, supportive team culture.

About the Team

You will join a well-structured and collaborative team that includes:
• An Accredited Specialist Director
• A fantastic Senior Associate
• An Associate
• A Practice Manager

The firm places strong emphasis on mentorship, development and excellence in client care, offering genuine opportunities to refine your advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills.

About the Role: In this role, you will:

• Manage a mix of complex property settlements, parenting matters, financial agreements and high-conflict disputes
• Work directly with senior practitioners on high-profile matters
• Develop solid, long-term client relationships
• Contribute to a positive, collegiate team environment

Salary & Features of the Position:

• $150,000-$170,000 guide range, plus an additional monthly performance bonus
• High-end family law work with sophisticated clientele

Requirements:

• 6-7 years' PAE in family law
• Experience handling litigation and complex files
• Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom skills

• A professional, organised and proactive approach
• Comfortable aiming for 5 billable hours daily
