About Us

We have a 21-year track record helping high school students achieve better results by showing them an easier way to study. School tells students what to study, but doesn't show them how to study. We provide students with proven strategies for success. 63% of our students have achieved an ATAR above 90. We have 65 coaches and conduct our program in all states in Australia.

The Role

We have grown from an organisation based in Melbourne in 2019 to a national organisation with coaches around Australia. We are going to expand to the USA, and are looking for someone to assist with the growth and expansion of the business.

The goal is to build the business to a large size and then sell it within 3-5 years.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of growing a business through digital marketing, specifically through paid acquisition. Ideally you have worked with digital marketers who have experience on Meta and YouTube, and you are familiar with those platforms.

You have highly refined communication skills from managing groups of people and you are skilled at coaching others to reach their potential.
