We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Handyperson to join our growing team. This role suits someone with solid all-round handyman experience — particularly in painting and patching — who takes pride in a tidy finish, and can turn their hand to a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and industrial sites in Canberra and nearby areas.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Patching and painting to a high standard, including touch-ups and full repaints

- General maintenance and repairs — lock repairs, minor carpentry, fixture repairs

- Preventative maintenance and site inspections

- Responding promptly to reactive and emergency maintenance requests

- Assisting with minor concreting, wall builds, and shop fit-outs/de-fits

- Safely operating hand tools and general maintenance equipment

What we're looking for:





- Proven handyman or general maintenance experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting

- Current driver's licence

- Valid White Card, with asbestos/silica awareness training

- Ability to obtain a Police Check and Level 1 Security Clearance

- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and passing a full medical exam

- Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working independently

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-conscious approach

Nice to have (not essential): trade qualifications and/or welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick).
