We aren't just looking for a hand; we are looking for a "right hand." The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of salon operations and the initiative to anticipate the needs of our Senior Stylists before they even ask.

The Role

Your mission is to manage the flow of the salon, ensuring our stylists stay on schedule, and our clients receive a premium experience.

Your technical tasks will include:

• Basin Excellence: Washing, rinsing colours, and neutralising perms.

• Colour Support: Applying regrowth colour, foiling, and applying mid-to-end colours/toners.

• Stylist Support: Assisting with rollers, perm rods, and foiling prep.

• Salon Pride: Maintaining a pristine environment (sweeping,



laundry, and general tidiness).

• Client Care: Providing exceptional service, including tea and coffee.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven knowledge of hairdressing and busy salon dynamics.

• Initiative: You see what needs to be done and you do it - no micro-management required.

• Punctuality: You take pride in helping the team stay on time and organised.

• Commitment: Available for 7–8 hours over 2.5 days a week, plus a non-negotiable 3–4 hour shifts every second Saturday.
