About the Role

We're looking for a skilled plant operator to join our crew, working across a range of our operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and wants to build a long-term career with a business that will invest in them.
The role will involve a mix of tractor operation and civil construction works, with genuine opportunity to diversify your skills across our full range of plant and equipment.

Pay rate will be based on experience and skills of the candidate.

Tractor-Based Works:

• Specialized tractor Agg drainage on sports fields and golf courses

• Laser levelling with laser scoops/buckets

• Power harrowing / rotary hoeing

• Oval stripping with top maker behind tractors

• Top dressing ovals

• Dirt/sand carting across ovals with tractor and tippers up to 20 tonne in size

Civil Earthworks:

• Final trimming works on a range of excavators

• Clay cricket wicket construction





• Cricket nets demolition and re-construction civil works

• Stormwater trench work and pit installations

• Dirt levelling with posi track

• Retaining wall civil works and concrete sleeper placement

• Load out truck & trailers with spoil

• Concrete pad dig outs

Plant & Equipment You'll Work With:

• Fendt & John Deere tractors, 65Hp to 240Hp

• Multiple excavators, 1.7T to 22T

• Bobcats, posi tracks and backhoes

• Tandem tipper with float

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience operating tractors and/or civil earthmoving equipment

• Take pride in precision work and strong attention to detail

• Are reliable, safety-conscious and comfortable working as part of a small crew or on your own

• Are keen to diversify your skills across a wide range of plant and machinery

• Are Physically fit and have a friendly can-do attitude.
