At Haize, an all-rounder salon in the heart of Elwood, we've built a team that works hard, laughs often and genuinely has each other's backs – and we're looking for a qualified hairdresser to join us. Here's the deal: no two days at Haize look the same. One minute you're smashing out a balayage, the next you're doing a precision cut, then styling someone for their best friend's wedding. Cuts, colours, styling – you'll do it all, and you'll get better at all of it, because we take training seriously.

We work with Paul Mitchell (seriously excellent product - you'll fall in love with it fast), but don't stress if you haven't used it before. We'll train you up properly, no shortcuts.

And because we know a job ad can only tell you so much, we'll happily connect you with one of our current team members before you commit, so you can hear it straight from someone who's living it.

? THE NITTY GRITTY

- Full-time (38 hrs/week) or part-time – your call

- $65,000–$85,000 + super per year, based on experience

- Separate, achievable commission targets across service, retail and rebooking

- Must hold a Cert III or IV in Hairdressing (or international equivalent)
