About the role

As a Senior Stylist at Kobe Cut Hair, you will deliver high-quality hair cutting, styling, colouring, and chemical services to a diverse clientele. You will conduct thorough, personalised client consultations to understand their vision and recommend suitable styles and home-care products, mentor and support junior team members when needed, maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon that reflects the brand's standards, and stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and industry innovations.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality hair cutting, styling, colouring, and chemical services to a diverse clientele

- Conduct thorough, personalised client consultations to understand client vision and recommend suitable styles and home-care products

- Mentor and support junior team members when needed, contributing to a positive salon flow

- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon that reflects the brand's standards

- Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and industry innovations

About you





- Trade qualification (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent) with proven experience working as a Senior Stylist

- Strong foundation in up-to-date cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach to client care

- Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative salon culture

- Ability to work regular Saturdays
