Leap Back Physio is hiring! Part-Time Physiotherapist (with potential ongoing for full time)

Leap Back Physio is a growing clinic in Camberwell, in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We're looking for a passionate, motivated physiotherapist to join our team of experienced clinicians in a part time role, with the option to increase to full time for the right candidate.

The role

You'll step into an existing caseload with plenty of room to build and grow with the business. We see a diverse sports and musculoskeletal caseload across Glen Iris, Camberwell and Hawthorn East, with mainly private patients and minimal third-party work. The role also includes running Physio Rehab classes and group class assessments. Pilates equipment experience is preferred but not essential, and full training is provided.

Hours are negotiable but will include some evenings and Saturday mornings.

Remuneration

$90,000 to $125,000 per year (pro rata for part time), depending on experience. This package includes base salary, entitlements, and a bonus/commission structure that rewards a full caseload.

Requirements

- Physiotherapy degree

- Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance

- At least 1 to 2 years of experience, ideally in private practice (2+ years preferred)

- Experience with musculoskeletal and sports caseloads (preferred, not essential)

- Experience running Pilates or rehab classes (preferred, not essential; training and support provided)

- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work well within a team

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to contribute to a cohesive, supportive workplace
