We are seeking an experienced HR and Compliance Coordinator with a strong operational background and a passion for people and culture to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the NDIS sector and is confident coordinating end-to-end HR functions while supporting organisational growth and compliance.
About the Role:
As our HR and Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping National PBS and our culture. You will partner with managers and staff to deliver high-quality HR advice, drive recruitment, and ensure compliance across Work Health & Safety, Fair Work, and NDIS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and guidance across all areas of people and culture.
- Lead and manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Advise on employee relations matters, policies, and compliance.
- Oversee Work Health & Safety requirements and ensure best practice.
- Support professional development initiatives and staff wellbeing.
- Assist with operational HR projects that align with organisational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in HR or People & Culture roles.
- Strong operational background, ideally within the NDIS/disability services sector.
- Knowledge of HR legislation, Fair Work, and WHS compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment and workforce management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
