Join our energetic orthopaedic practice as the Clinic Manager. This permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) offers variety and responsibility, supporting a busy specialist and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in an experienced medical secretary is preferred.

- Proficient in medical software (Genie essential; Apple experience desirable)
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Manage patient interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
Administrative Support
- Provide high-level support to the specialist
- Coordinate appointments, practice emails, referrals, and theatre lists
- Prepare correspondence and clinic documents
Team Management
- Oversee secretarial staff and provide leave cover when required
- Supervise clinic operations and weekly meeting preparation
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a senior medical secretary in a specialist practice
- Proficiency with Genie or Gentu software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, and Health fund processes
