About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Painters to help with upcoming projects

This role involves working on:

- Custom-built homes

- High-end residential repaints (interior & exterior)

- Detailed finishing work including timber, cladding, and feature areas

Employment Type

Subcontract or Casual position, standard 38hr weeK

Working Hours

- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

- Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation, undercoating, and finishing to a high standard

- Interior and exterior painting

- Working efficiently to meet deadlines

Communicating professionally with team members and clients

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in residential painting (preferred)

- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

- Ability to work both independently and in a team

- Good communication skills

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)

Working Conditions

- Indoor and outdoor work

- Working at heights

- Travel between job sites across the Southern Highlands of nsw.
