We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales & Administration Coordinator to join a supportive, high-performing real estate team in Mosman. This is a diverse role offering great exposure to the sales industry, no weekends, and the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:

- Prepare listing presentations, proposals and CMA reports
- Coordinate photography, floorplans, copywriting and marketing campaigns
- Manage listings, campaigns and database administration
- Schedule open homes and prepare weekly vendor reports
- Assist with auctions, contracts, exchanges and settlements
- Liaise with solicitors, clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate marketing invoices and follow up outstanding payments
- Provide general sales administration and team support

About You:

- Previous experience in real estate sales administration or sales support
- Experience with real estate CRM and property platforms




- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
