The Role

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in managing Remedial Building projects - Concrete repair / Concrete spalling, Balcony remediation and reinstatement, Waterproofing, Facade upgrades and Structural repair works to join their team. You will desirably have 2+ years experience. Experience in Remedial Building and Waterproofing is essential. We would also consider a Site Manager or Contract Administrator wanting to step into a Project Manager role.

Benefits

- Great salary: $140,000 - $150,000 (base salary - depending on level of experience) + Superannuation + $15k Car Allowance. Total package roughly between $172k and $185k.

Class 2 Remedial Building and or Building Refurbishment Works

The business specialises in technically challenging Class 2 remedial building projects, including:

- Concrete spalling / Concrete cancer remediation
- Waterproofing
- Balcony remediation & upgrades
- Structural repairs and strengthening
- Façade restoration and remediation
- Combustible cladding replacement
- Building refurbishment and remediation
- Commercial and residential Class 2 remedial works

Requirements

- Essential - Minimum of 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager delivering Remedial Building and Facade Upgrade projects.
- If you do not have experience as a Project Manager running remedial building projects we are also considering Site Managers or Contract Administrators that are coming from the remedial building space that are wanting to step into a Project Manager role.
- Essential - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- A proactive and professional Project Manager with the proven ability to communicate with all stakeholders including engineers, clients, consultants, sub-contractors and operational staff alike.
- Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.
- Solid ability to influence and lead teams.
