Treatment Coordinator /Dental Assistant

Experience in the dental field is essential.

Experience in sales, marketing, luxury service, wellness, cosmetic clinics, hotels, reception, or other customer-focused industries is also highly valued.

We are a luxury cosmetic and restorative dental practice currently seeking a confident, naturally high-energy, warm, motivated, service-minded team member to join HYGGE Dental in a cross-trained role spanning:

- Concierge & front-of-house

- Communications centre & phone management

- Treatment coordination & patient journey support

- Chair-side dental assisting & clinical support

- Appointment coordination & scheduling

- Patient communication & relationship-building

Depending on your experience and strengths, your role may also involve:

- Discussing high-value dental treatment and financial arrangements with patients

- Digital workflows, photography, and patient education

- Assisting with in-house social media and content creation
