About the role

As a Receptionist & Cashier, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and play an significant role in delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience at Ocean 12, a premium late-night entertainment venue located within Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming guests and confirming reservations
Directing guests to karaoke rooms, VIP rooms and designated areas
Processing payments and handling cashier duties
Answering phone enquiries and providing general information
Assisting with walk-in bookings and guest requests
Communicating effectively with the service team and management
Keeping the reception and entrance areas clean, organised and presentable

About you
Well-presented, friendly and confident
Fluent in English and Mandarin




Solid communicator with excellent customer service skills
Reliable, responsible and able to work well as part of a team
Calm and organised in a busy late-night workplace
Available to work late-night and early-morning shifts
Previous experience in reception, cashiering, hotels, hospitality, nightclubs or karaoke venues highly regarded
Valid Victorian RSA certificate preferred
