Job Summary:
Operation and setting of CNC lathes and milling machines (FANUC), Programming in FANUC operating system

The knowledge classes are divided as follows:

1st Class - Lathes

Operation of a metal saw; disc grinder, including replacement of grinding wheels; changing a program; replacing any tool; replacing an insert; making corrections in an already created program and launching serial production; operation of the FANUC program.

Method of measurement and use of measuring instruments:
Measuring fixtures, such as roundness, perpendicularity, etc.; Subito gauge; dial indicator, lever type; bore gauge, mechanical and digital; thread gauge; thread ring gauge; depth gauge; use of feeler gauges; knowledge of form and positional tolerances.

2nd Class - Lathes

Setting of tools, jaws and fixtures; creation of own program for current products; launch of current serial production; setting and processing of samples.

Method of measurement and use of measuring instruments:
Class 1 plus the use of basic gauge blocks,



ability to set easy measuring devices and fixtures, such as bore gauge, Subito gauge, dial indicator, etc., using a calibration ring, gauge blocks or gauge; setting of a hardness tester, mechanical; height gauge; profile projector or 2D optical measuring device.

Ability to operate and perform the following:
Class 1 plus launching a program on a 3D CMM WERTH, reading technical drawings without errors, knowledge of alternative methods for measuring form and positional tolerances.

3rd Class - Milling Machines

Independent setting of milling machines, changing an existing program for a part, replacing any tool, replacing and clamping a fixture, setting tools and fixtures in an already created program, launching serial production, solving program errors, independently resolving machine alarms, operation of the SINUMERIC program.
