Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional and occupational assessments.

Develop individualized therapy plans to support clients’ functional independence.

Deliver therapy interventions to improve daily living skills including self-care, mobility, and participation in community activities.

Perform functional capacity assessments and prepare supporting reports.

Provide therapy services in clinic, home, and community settings.

Recommend assistive technology, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.

Educate and train clients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.





Prepare detailed reports, assessments, and clinical documentation.

Participate in case conferences, care planning, and career development activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

Robust clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with clients across different age groups.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in community-based therapy and multidisciplinary collaboration is preferred.
