Job Description:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role, along with training in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Relevant Speech Pathology qualifications recognized by Speech Pathology Australia.
A full member of Speech Pathology Australia or be able to obtain.
Disability Worker Screening clearance (Yellow card) and Working with Children check (Blue card) prior to commencement – we have a hard no card, no start rule.
Ability to obtain a Medicare Provider number prior to commencement.
Ability to obtain a AU driver’s license is highly desirable to travel to other sites as needed.

Other selection criteria:

Technical competence – demonstrated ability in managing a complex caseload,



to ensure positive clinical outcomes and provide evidence-based interventions.
Commercial and operational proficiency – demonstrated ability to drive high standards in organisation, efficiency, compliance and financial viability to support the clinical caseload allocation.
Leadership capability - willingness to establish current ways of working in partnership with staff and teams in a cross-functional setting and support other staff.
Cultural contribution – ability to promote a culture that is open, agile and generous.
