Job Description

A relevant qualification in social work, psychology, community services or a related discipline, or equivalent substantial experience.
n
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary services or programs in a complex human services, justice or custodial environment, including staff supervision and performance management.
n
Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-informed, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice to service design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
n
Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to translate strategic and contractual priorities into operational plans, allocate resources and deliver measurable outcomes.
n
Experience managing partner contracts and subcontracted services, including monitoring deliverables, service performance, outcomes, budgets, risks and compliance, and taking timely corrective or escalation action.
n
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary responses to complex needs and work effectively with custodial, clinical, community and government stakeholders.
n
Sound knowledge of family systems,



child-protected practice, cultural and faith diversity, youth wellbeing, and rehabilitation and reintegration within a correctional context.
n
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines to achieve prescribed outcomes.
