About the Role

As a vehicle sourcing Consultant, you will manage the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing vehicles to closing buyers. This is a results-driven role with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Weekend and Sunday work required.

Key Responsibilities
Source vehicles from private sellers




Sign seller declarations and buying agreements
Manage seller relationships and provide regular updates
Handle buyer enquiries and close sales
Negotiate pricing and maximise gross profit
Coordinate test drives, inspections, and handovers
Follow up leads and generate repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in automotive sales (dealership or independent)
Robust closing ability and negotiation skills
Experience with vehicle sourcing or agency sales (preferred)
Confident phone manner and strong follow-up skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commission-focused
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deals
Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
Full Australian driver’s licence (required)
Australian citizen or permanent resident

Earning Potential
Top commission on per vehicle
Monthly volume and sourcing bonuses available
