Job Description

Specsavers Merrylands is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and drive excellent customer service in Merrylands NSW 2160. You'll report to the Store Manager and guide the team during shifts, ensuring policies are followed and sales targets are met.

In this full time role, you will oversee staff development, stock control, health and safety compliance, and daily reporting. A proactive leader who thrives in a busy optical retail workplace will excel.
