Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Welders for ongoing opportunities with our client, a leading Australian manufacturer of cable management systems located in Wingfield, SA. We have multiple positions available across both day and afternoon shifts.

About the Role

Working within a busy fabrication workshop, you will be involved in the complete manufacturing process, from raw materials through to finished products. This hands-on position requires a high level of welding and fabrication skill, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding
Fabricate and assemble components from raw materials
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Position, align, and fit components using hand tools, clamps, and jigs
Assist with modification, repair, and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment
Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards, including AS1554
Maintain a safe and clean work setting in accordance with WHS requirements

What We're Looking For




Previous experience in fabrication and welding
Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transport and current driver's licence
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
