The Role

n

An exciting prospect has arisen for a Front of House Coordinator to work in our Melbourne office within the Administration team. You will display a willingness to learn and have experience, ideally from either a hospitality background or corporate hospitality background.

n

Responsibilities will include the following:

n

n
Working with Reception to manage the boardrooms and meeting rooms and ensuring the rooms are configured appropriately for meetings;
n
Clean and maintain staff kitchens including coffee machines;
n
Ensuring catering and drinks supplies are stocked and stored appropriately;
n
Assisting the Office Manager with firm events;
n
Attending client needs, including drink orders; and
n




General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required.

Who We Are Looking For

n

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following criteria:

n

n
Professionally presented with a client service focus;
n
Corporate hospitality experience will be advantageous, alternatively, general hospitality experience will be considered;
n
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite;
n
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced setting; and.
n
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
