Hearth Australia is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement and Compliance Manager to lead accreditation, governance, and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role is primarily based at our Glen Iris office with occasional travel to other Hearth locations.

You will set and uphold safety, compliance and quality standards, direct internal audits and incident investigations, and foster a culture of quality and accountability across head office and support teams.
