Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for The Espy complex in Melbourne.

You will own front-of-house food and service operations across Mya Tiger, Louey's, Espy Kitchen, Ghost Bar and more, reporting to the Venue Manager. You will lead rostering, training and coaching to embed service sequences and elevate guest experiences, while overseeing events and cost control to maximise venue performance.
