We are seeking an experienced, passionate and imaginative Educational Leader, that will be responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our educational programs. To be a mentor and support for all educators. Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.

About you:

Experience:

n





Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educational Leader or ECT.

n

Qualification:

n

Bachelor's degree in early childcare education (Preferred)

n

Skills:

n

Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

n

Vision:

n

A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment

n

Compliance:

n

An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
