The Company:

Located near Fremantle, we are recruiting for a bakery known for their high-quality sourdough, continental loaves, and sweet and savoury pastries. In addition to our range of continental loaves and rolls they bake a wide variety of traditional breads, that feature an extensive selection of spelt flour products-an ancient grain crafted to be easy to digest.

The Role:

This is a hands-on production role working a day shift (10am to 6pm). You will be an integral part of their bakery operations, focusing on handcrafted quality and daily bench work.
Dough preparation
Bench work with robust hand moulding skills
Operating commercial ovens
Crafting sourdough, continental breads, and sweet & savoury pastries
Experience required (formal qualifications welcomed, but not vital)

The Person:

As the ideal candidate, you take pride in the craft of baking and enjoy working across dough preparation, shaping, and baking. Whether you are a fully qualified trade baker or an experienced baker's assistant with solid bench skills, you thrive in a productive setting and bring a reliable, quality-focused mindset.
