BaptistCare is seeking a Commercial Manager - Residential Aged Care to act as the finance business partner for the national portfolio. You will provide strategic financial guidance, performance analysis and commercial insights to operational leaders across residential aged care.

Reporting to the Head of Finance-Residential & Retirement Living, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and investment decisions, driving occupancy, funding optimization and sustainable growth across sites nationwide.
