Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and Accounts Receivable processes
Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and resolve customer queries
Process payment allocations,



account reconciliations and daily banking
Monitor aged debtor balances and proactively recover outstanding debts
Prepare month-end reporting and support finance administration activities
Approve new customer accounts and assist with ad hoc finance duties

Requirements:
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and within a team
