So we are looking for a Night Auditor who shares our commitment to excellence and who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused setting. you will be responsible for providing overnight front desk services and ensuring the accuracy of hotel financial records for the day. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience after hours while maintaining hotel operations, security, and service standards.

As a Night Auditor, your shift will start 11:00 pm and finish 7:30 am.

A little taste of your day-to-day

n

n Assisting the Night Manager in preparing overnight reports, balance the daily transactions and setting up for the day ahead.n Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established proceduresn Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requestsn Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queriesn Performing other duties such as concierge services, room service and special guest requestsn Ensure safety and security of all guests and employeesnn

n Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel,



the brand and the Company.n Ability to problem solve, stay organised and adapt in the moment.n Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processingn Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn Robust attention to detail and analytical skillsn Knowledge of Opera is Highly Regardedn Driver's License (Preferred)n RSA and Food Safety Certificatesn Availability to work a 7-day overnight roster including weekends and public holidays.nn
