About the Role

This is an exciting chance to begin your career in business administration while gaining a recognised learning experience. You will provide administrative support within our team and build practical workplace skills and complete formal studies alongside your day-to-day work.

Complete a Certificate III in Business

n

Use and help maintain everyday business equipment and technology

n

Organise your workload,



calendar and tasks to meet agreed timeframes

n

Communicate positively with colleagues, customers and members of the community

n

Follow policies, recordkeeping requirements and work health and safety procedures

n

Social media updates and digital assistance throughout the company

n

First point of contact for customers, directing them to the appropriate work colleague.

Email, in person and phone correspondence for general enquiries

n
