Great River Trading Australia Pty Ltd is a newly established Australian company specializing in the sales and distribution of automotive starting lead-acid batteries. As we expand our presence in the Australian market, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop recent business opportunities across Greater Melbourne. This is a business development-focused B2B sales role. You will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with Australian customers, introducing our automotive battery products, growing sales and establishing a strong customer base across the Melbourne market. This role would suit someone who is confident approaching recent businesses,



enjoys meeting customers face-to-face and is motivated by the opportunity to build a market from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Developing current B2B customers across Greater Melbourne
n
Identifying and targeting potential customers within the automotive and battery industries
n
Building relationships with automotive parts retailers, battery retailers, workshops, automotive service centres, distributors, wholesalers and fleet-related businesses
n
Conducting regular face-to-face customer visits and sales meetings
n
Introducing the company's automotive starting battery products and services to prospective customers
n
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
