Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista to join our hospitality team at an aged care site in Middle Swan.

We’re looking for someone with strong hospitality skills, a customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering quality service. You’ll be part of a professional hospitality team, supporting the daily café and catering operations while providing a welcoming experience for residents, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages for residents, visitors and staff
Deliver warm, friendly and skilled customer service in an aged care setting
Assist with food preparation, meal service and café operations
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and resident wellbeing
Support residents with patience, respect and a friendly approach
