Job Title: Shift Mechanical Fitter | Permanent, full time
Shifts: 2 days (Day) & 2 days (Night)
Hours: 6AM–6PM (Day), 6PM–6AM (Night)
Salary Package: $150K+ total salary package
Location: Matraville NSW

About the role
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and process machinery used in pulp and paper production facilities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and be part of a global company known for innovation, safety, and performance.

Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned breakdown repairs
Install, align, and commission machinery and mechanical components (e.g. rollers, pumps, valves, conveyors,



rotating equipment)
Diagnose mechanical faults and perform corrective action to minimize downtime

Qualifications and Skills
Trade Qualification in Mechanical Fitting (Cert III or equivalent)
Proven experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or process plant setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
