Room Attendants – Hilton Sydney CBD

Silk Hospitality is recruiting Room Attendants and housekeeping team members to join the newly managed housekeeping team at Hilton Sydney CBD, one of Sydney’s most iconic 5-star hotels.

Whether you are an experienced hotel skilled or looking to begin your hospitality career, we would love to hear from you. We provide training and support for motivated individuals who have the right attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
Previous housekeeping experience in a 5-stars hotel or similar hotel environment is essential.
Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week is essential (with flexibility to work three days during the week and one day on weekends).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Well-presented with a professional and hands-on attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing Depending on your role, your day may include:




Delivering beautifully presented guest rooms to luxury hotel standards
Making beds, changing linen, and replenishing guest amenities with care and efficiency
Responding quickly and professionally to housekeeping requests
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation across all areas
Working efficiently to complete assigned tasks within hotel timeframes
