The Role

n

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial assets. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring properties are professionally managed, compliant, and performing optimally.

Key Responsibilities

n

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day property management
n
Conduct inspections and manage maintenance via preferred contractors
n
Monitor and action rental arrears in line with KPIs
n
Manage lease events including renewals, expiries, and rent reviews
n
Prepare annual budgets and track critical lease dates
n
Lead client relationships and manage stakeholder communication
n
Collaborate with leasing agents to reduce vacancies
n
Maintain compliance,



insurance, and property risk registers
n
Prepare monthly reports, financial statements, and asset management proposals
n
Contribute to new business development efforts with presentations and proposals
n

About You

n

You are a seasoned portfolio manager with a commercial and/or retail background and a passion for delivering results. You are proactive, skilled, and a trusted client partner.

Your background includes

n

n
5+ years' experience in Retail or Commercial Asset Management
n
Sound knowledge of lease contracts and rent review processes
n
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Full Real Estate Licence
n
Proficiency in Cirrus8, RP Data, and Microsoft Office Suite
n
A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
n
High attention to detail, initiative, and strong time management
n
