Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to join our Finance team.

You’ll become an integral part of the hotel’s Finance function, gaining hands-on experience across the numbers behind a busy resort while working closely with teams across the property.

This is a wide-ranging role suited to an accountant who enjoys being involved in the detail, building solid relationships and understanding how Finance supports the wider hotel operation.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities across the hotel
Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Complete bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations




Prepare daily and monthly financial information
Assist with month-end close and reporting requirements
Monitor outstanding accounts and support credit control processes
Assist with budgets, forecasts and financial analysis
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting standards are met
Work with operational teams to resolve queries and support sound financial practices
Identify ways to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Accor policies and internal controls
