THE ROLE
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Coaching F45 group training sessions
n
Demonstrating exercises and correcting technique
n
Providing regressions and progressions where needed
n
Bringing energy and creating an awesome atmosphere
n
Learning members' names and building genuine relationships
n
Engaging members of all fitness levels
n
Helping with studio setup, pack-down and presentation
n
Supporting studio events, challenges and community activities
n
Creating a welcoming environment for new and existing members
n
n

Previous F45 experience is great, but attitude, personality and coaching ability matter more to us.

REQUIREMENTS
n
You'll need:
n
n
Certificate III in Fitness – minimum
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Relevant industry registration/insurance where required
n
Availability for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
n
n
