About The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our vibrant team.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Provide expert advice and drive sales across BBQs, accessories, and electric fireplaces (full training provided)
n
Build strong customer relationships and develop a loyal client base
n
Create a lively, engaging, and welcoming in-store atmosphere
n




Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
n
Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
n
Assist with in-store cooking demonstrations and events
n
Work weekends as part of a rotating roster
n

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for BBQ's and outdoor cooking
n
Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality
n
Previous customer service or retail experience
n
Basic knowledge of BBQ equipment (preferred but not essential)
n
Robust communication skills (verbal and written)
n
Sound computer skills and confidence using POS systems
n
A team player who thrives in a agile retail environment
