Independent Multicultural Media Australia Ltd (IMMA) seeks a proactive Member Services Manager to be the primary contact for our diverse member outlets and to develop tailored support plans. You will learn each outlet's business, communicate updates, and coordinate practical training and guidance to empower members.

You will also support IMMA's advertising platform, MMD, overseeing campaign delivery in collaboration with the operations team, and report to the General Manager.
