This is a outstanding opportunity to join a successful and growing supplier to the Advanced Manufacturing sector that specialises in high-end CNC machining, automation and engineering solutions.

This organisation supplies some of the best manufacturing companies in Australia across Aerospace, Defence, Medical, Rail and general precision engineering industries.

n

Due to continued growth, they now require an additional Technical Sales Engineer to cover the QLD region.

n

This position is ideal for a CNC Machinist, CNC Programmer or Applications Engineer looking to move into a long-term technical sales career while staying within the engineering and manufacturing industry.

n

You will be dealing directly with manufacturing companies, discussing machining processes, production improvements, tooling and technical solutions.

n

Your role will involve managing an existing client base,



developing new business relationships and providing technical support and solutions to customers throughout the region.

n

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

Trade or engineering background
n
Robust CNC machining knowledge
n
Understanding of manufacturing processes
n
Positive communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to speak with machinists, production managers and engineers
n
Sales experience ideal but not essential
n
Applications or CNC programming experience highly regarded
n
Current driver's licence
n
