Are you a seasoned occupational health and wellbeing skilled looking to shape enterprise-wide health outcomes across a large-scale civil infrastructure footprint?

We are seeking a high-caliber Principal Health & Wellbeing Specialist to lead, mature, and continuously improve health, hygiene, and worker wellbeing programs across a agile workforce of approximately 1,300 employees, alongside extensive contractor networks operating statewide.

This is a senior technical and advisory role designed for a subject matter expert who excels at working autonomously, solving complex operational challenges, and influencing cross-functional teams without needing direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of enterprise-wide initiatives spanning:
Health Monitoring & Surveillance: Overhaul, oversee, and manage compliant, legislated health surveillance programs and vendor service contracts.
