Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‐on role involving warehouse duties, customer service, stock management, warehouse maintenance and occasional deliveries. This role provides chance to advance your experience and career.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Packing Orders: Picking and packing orders, preparing them for delivery or pickup.
n
Purchasing & Inventory: Help manage stock levels, assist with purchase orders and check that orders received are correct.
n
General Operations Support:



Support day‐to‐day operations and work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
n
Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining the warehouse floor and ensuring that cleanliness is upkept.
n
Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers with over the counter sales and enquiries.
n

Requirements:

n

n
A valid NSW driving licence and a good driving record
n
A valid forklift licence is preferred
n
Experience in a warehouse, factory, trade or construction environment will be highly regarded
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid paced workplace
n
Customer-focused attitude
n
Great team-working and communication skills
n
Ability to safely lift and handle boxes weighing 20kg or more
n
