About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operators (nec) to join a leading WA turf renovation and agricultural-style operations team. You will operate up-to-date turf and mobile plant machinery across multiple sites supporting turf production, renovation, and grounds maintenance works.
This is a stable, full-time permanent opportunity offering long-term employment in a progressive, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate mobile plant machinery such as tractors, loaders, ride-on mowers, and turf renovation equipment
Perform turf maintenance and renovation activities including mowing, scarifying, verti-mowing,



aeration, and topdressing
Assist with turf installation and sports field preparation works
Load, transport, and distribute soil, sand, mulch, and turf materials
Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery
Follow strict workplace health and safety procedures
Report faults, hazards, and equipment issues to supervisors
Support general turf and field maintenance operations

Qualifications & Requirements
AQF Certificate II or III in a relevant field OR
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Experience operating mobile plant or agricultural machinery
Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary: $80,000 – $85,000 AUD per annum + super, depending on experience
